"It All Ends" a week from today

 

This is almost it-- the last Harry Potter has already premiered in London, and a week from today the USA will get to see it as well.  I've enjoyed all the films (some more than others) as well as the many behind-the-scenes clips and interviews that this extensive cast has completed.  Out of all the ones I've seen, the clip above is my favorite bit of interview footage: the interviewer is clearly a fan but not disgustingly obsequious, the interviewee is gracious (and handsome), and it's fun to see so many props and wardrobe pieces out of context.

It's funn that just yesterday I was contemplating the feeling of withdrawal after a massive project, and I feel the same sort of nostalgia when thinking about the fact that the very last film of this series has been filmed and edited and is probably just sitting in hundreds of theaters across America, that it's all really over.
